By acquiring a commission, you are automatically acknowledging and agreeing to the following terms:• Kindly review the provided information attentively and in its entirety.CLIENT
• I explicitly prohibit the use of my artwork for AI-related purposes or similar applications. Do not share my creations on any AI platforms.
• The use of NFTs is strictly prohibited.
• You are permitted to showcase my work on external platforms, provided proper and visible credit is given along with a link back to my profile.
• Claiming my work as your own is strictly prohibited.
• Your commissioned piece can be utilized for personal purposes, such as avatars, phone/computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
• You retain the right to produce a physical reproduction of your commission for personal use only, unless otherwise negotiated (i.e., not for sale).
• Unauthorized alteration, modification, editing, or use of my works without explicit permission is prohibited.
• Any form of tracing over my art, including using the artwork as a base, is not allowed.ARTIST
• I retain all rights to my creations and have the discretion to use them as deemed appropriate, including online postings and portfolio showcases.
• I hold the right to refuse any project or client at my discretion, without the obligation to provide a specific reason.REFUNDS
• Complete refunds are permissible only prior to the approval of the sketch.
• Once the sketch has received approval, a partial refund is an option, provided only the lineart has been completed. Any progress beyond that stage is not eligible for a refund.
• In the event that I am unable to fulfill your commission due to personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.COPYRIGHT
• I maintain the right to sign and/or watermark my artwork.

USER AGREEMENT

By engaging in a commission with me, you are confirming that you have thoroughly read and accepted all the stipulated terms. By proceeding, you commit to adhering to the policy of utilizing the art solely for personal, non-profit purposes, unless specified otherwise, and you agree to give proper image credits to me. Any violations will result in the immediate and indefinite addition of the offender to my blacklist without prior warning.𐙚

COMMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Before initiating the commission, the client is required to make a full upfront payment.
2. Please specify your desired canvas size in your commission request if applicable.
3. The completion time for each piece will range from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity and current personal circumstances.
4. Payments will be processed through PayPal.
5. All prices are quoted in USD.
6. Check-ins will be provided for feedback and edits during the creative process.
7. Once the sketch is confirmed, no significant changes can be made (e.g., poses, characters, clothing).
8. You will receive the following files via email: Watermarked version, Unwatermarked version (PNG & JPEG; inform if you prefer a transparent background version).𐙚
